At about 8.30 this morning, was watching NDTV. They were showing How Muslims were saying that they were feeling Victimized. I ‘Start’ from there, but my point is something else.

Yet, to continue, a (Muslim) young man was telling the reporter that he has been accused of, let us say, Anti Communal Activities; Yet been Cleared by the Courts. YET he is followed, on a Regular basis, by Plain Clothed policemen, due to which he is not able to work in any one place for more than a few days.

Speaking of this, a Former DGP of police of Andhra Pradesh, one Raghavendra Singh, if I am right, said that the Young Man had been Cleared by the courts, but is Not Proved Innocent. Or words to that effect. The police officer has Implied that the Charges could Just Not be Proved. Meaning, He shall be Treated as Guilty.

A Poor, Man on the Street,

Because he has Not been Proved Entirely Innocent,

But has Just been Cleared by the Courts,

Cannot even Earn his Living;

…….

But a politician, a former Chief Minister,

When he has Not been Proved Entirely Innocent,

But has Just been Cleared by the Courts,

Can go on to become a …Great Minister.
