In the latest piece of news, a man has ‘confessed’ to having Molested 2,500 children(!), over a period of 12 years, in Delhi.
What is the role of officers in this?
This is How they took him about:
Face well covered, and he staring Defiance. But these Police officers, – surrounding him, humble Constables et al not getting an opportunity at a media photo-op, are showing off their useless faces. And I cannot understand what the fellow, second from left, it grinning about.
WHY ALLOW A CRIMINAL’S FACE TO BE COVERED? IS IT THAT HE REMAIN ANONYMOUS, SO THAT IN TURN HE CAN CONTINUE HIS DASTARDLY ACTS AFTER THE NOMINAL SENTENCE HE ‘MAY’ GET?
WHY NOT ALLOW his Dastardly face to be seen, so that People could take steps to Protect their children from him? After all, given the present ‘joodeeciary’ system, he will not remain in jail, if given that at all, for long.
So, the police Officialdom, in allowing Criminals’ faces to be covered, and thus remain Anonymous, are helping the Criminals, and Leave Citizens Vulnerable.
Coming to Our Armed Forces…
These words are NOT in any way against Our Armed Forces, but against the Lack of Concern of local officers towards the Well being of Soldiers.
Of a sudden there has been a spurt of Videos, some even going Viral, of the Deficiencies thereof as regards to Food, Living Conditions and Wages.
Here is one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgfUGwEa8-w&t=4s
The cheap of army staff has given numerous statements and interviews, regarding one of which I had written thus:
In spite of this, – Haha, my Crass Gall in imagining that my tweet is even going to read, much less be acted upon, by the high and mighty… – anyway, this same cheap of army staff has come out again saying that soldiers approaching the media Will be Punished.
What the Cheap fellow should have done is to have Issued Stern Warnings to local officers, to Correct the situation. To say that the issue would be ‘looked into’ implies that the question is doubted. The More Fool they.
I give a screen capture of what passes for Dal (Pulses), a staple for protein in India. Dals usually turn up yellow after cooking. Turmeric is yellow. Just mix a liberal amount of the latter in hot water, and soldiers… they are not even allowed to complain.
Soldiers would be used to going Hungry, if and when necessary, particularly in War situations, which they would even bear Gladly. But when in camp? And only to have of officers pocket the huge difference, the non commissioned ones getting their share?
I Strongly Condemn this practice, which I have noticed from my school/college going days and the NCC, having partaken of the turmeric water along with my chapattis.
And I Stand with the Jawans, (the Soldiers), and NOT with the officers.
This sort of Insensitivity of officers towards the Soldiers, (am sure this exists in the others branches of the services), will lead to Dire times indeed.
