When I was Young, I had heard this song:
‘Have You had a Kindness shown, Pass it On,
T’was not given for thee alone, Pass it On.’
I don’t remember the other lines.
…
One of my Young Friends in Facebook, Nivas Balu, besides being a Wonderful Young man, shares very nice, beautiful, and above all Thought provoking videos over his Facebook profile.
I want to share one that shows How Kindness gets passed on. A Super Young man goes around doing acts of kindness, gets blessed, and perhaps Inspires another to Share, and Pass on the kindness, in his turn.
We have All Received Acts of Kindness. Let Us Remember to Pass it On. Love and Regards. 🙂

Lovely – I have also heard “pay it forward.” If each of us would remember to do so, our world would be a much kinder, gentler place.

Thank You, my Dear Madelyn. …Yes, the idea must have taken and achieved many forms. Though I have not heard of the version You mention.
Yes, the Kindness and Love received becomes even a Responsibility, does it not?
In India they even speak of the Four ‘DEBTS.’ Just searched for them and wrote a little piece on them too! http://wp.me/p4e7b5-2bJ
Love and Regards. 🙂

Responsibility? Well more than one Good Book rather puts it similarly. I have not heard of the Four Debts – eager to learn. Thank you Swami.
