Jesus did not come to make us comfortable or smug. He came to stir us and challenge us and to take a good look at ourselves. We confront our demons and must change. We can never look the other way ever again. Seems the Roman Church doesn’t get it.

I find one Bishop ‘Swan’ in Twitter, who is Very Active, Right and Good. Otherwise, Bishops, catholic or otherwise, are at their cups? 😦 🙂

Not familiar with idiom “at their cups” unless it means alcoholism which is another problem they don’t want to face. .

I think very few of them are actual alcoholics, my Dear Carl, as that would ‘show.’ But Most of them do love their ‘table,’ and Drinks, I am Sure. …I criticise that bec these are Expensive habits, to say the least.
